First born and only son of Lewis Joseph and Romaine Spacco. Lewis grew up in Randolph MA where he attended North Randolph Jr. High and Randolph High School graduating with the class of 1971.
Lou is a member of the American Hibiscus Society and is the current president of the Port Charlotte, Florida chapter. (May 2009)
