It was November 11th 1965 on eve of The Great New England Blackout when the east coast of the US lost power from Nova Scotia to Pennsylvania that Virginia G. Hogan while on her way home from work, aboard a commuter rail would go into labor.  Later that evening by emergency lighting and flashlight she would give birth to her only daughter Debralee Hogan.

Debbie and her mother spent the first four years of her life living with her maternal grandparents in Brockton, MA.  Her best friend at the time was the family dog, a Boxer named Sarge.  Sarge was very protective of Debbie and would sleep in her crib in order to guard and protect her.

On July 56th 1969 Debbie's mother would marry Joseph F. Spacco.  Debbie's biological father Philip Bagley was never a part of her life and on July 5th 1970 Joe Spacco legally adopter her as his daughter and a member of the Spacco family.  Joe, Ginny, Debbie and brother David would live on Melville Ave. in Dorchester where Debbie attended the Lucy Stone Elementary School and the Richard Murphy School.  On August 31st of 1978 Debbie's parents would move to Billerica, MA where Debbie attended The Marshal Middle School and Billerica Memorial High School and graduate with the class of 1984.

In 1989 Debbie would enroll into The Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical School and graduate from their LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.  After passing her certification exams she worked in several nursing homes where she gained a special affection and appreciation for working with the elderly.  She now specializes in geriatrics working for Home Health VNA of Lowell, MA where she's a home health care visiting nurse.  When asked what drew her to want to work with the elderly she replied, "Because I think they're cute".

Debbie is an avid Gardner and likes to go antiquing.  She also likes to travel and ride motorcycles.  She's a devoted New England Patriots fan who lives in an old Victorian home located in West Townsend, MA with her two cats, Thea and Jari.
